CALLED TO TRANSFORM
Pastoral ministry in the twenty-first century is rapidly becoming more, rather than less generalized. We realize that clergy face increasing expectations of the skills and expertise beyond what most learned in traditional seminary contexts. Additionally, there has been a reduction in the number of full time pastoral positions, and churches with full time support staff, Which means, clergy are now, more than ever, expected to do so much more with fewer resources.
Each year, we are able to host a learning event where pastors and lay leaders can develop professional skills, and provide new models of church engagement. We bring presenters that can share best practices. This year in light of the pandemic, we've gone virtual!Catch The Replays
